Gaining Weight is More Fun

If you're like me, eating is fun. My mouth waters thinking about pizza, tacos and steak with a baked potato drowned in butter and sour cream. I can gain weight just thinking about it.

Unfortunately, gaining weight is a lot more fun than losing weight. Putting it on is much easier than taking it off. I have tried about every program and diet known to man. They're hard to stick to.

The invention of the Internet sure has helped locating programs for losing weight. The program names are even fun: Fat Loss for Dummies

As I grow older, it is harder to lose those extra pounds. I found a great e-book for those over 40 that gives a lot of good advice to healthier living as we age: Fit Over 40
This supplies some excellent ideas to help me as I grow older.

I'm also allergic to exercise, but I know that it's vital to keep a workout routine. I've found that e-books giving me advice and exercise routines have been great for my weight loss regime. Books such as: Fitness

Tired of Lugging Extra Pounds?

How many times have you looked in the mirror and said "Today is the day I start my diet!"? If you are like most people at least a hundred times. The weight loss industry is one of the biggest growing businesses in America today. Why? Because 99% of the weight loss products on the market do not work. Have you tried the low carb fad? Sure it works as long as you stick to the program. Who can stick to something that doesn't allow you to eat bread once in a while? Low calorie=little flavor. What's a person to do?

Working out is another option but who has time to go to the gym? In this crazy, maxed out world most people don't have the time, energy or inclination to drive to a gym where you are surrounded by toned men and women.
