Gaining Weight is More Fun
If you're like me, eating is fun. My mouth waters thinking about pizza, tacos and steak with a baked potato drowned in butter and sour cream. I can gain weight just thinking about it.
Unfortunately, gaining weight is a lot more fun than losing weight. Putting it on is much easier than taking it off. I have tried about every program and diet known to man. They're hard to stick to.
